How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
Can I use heat styling tools on my Annabelle's Wigs products?
Most of our synthetic wigs and hairpieces are made from high-quality heat-resistant fiber. We recommend using a maximum temperature of 150°C to maintain the longevity of the style.
What is your return policy for hair extensions and wigs?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if the product is in its original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
How do I choose the correct color match for my hair?
We offer a free color-matching service. Simply email us a photo of your hair taken in natural daylight, and our experts will recommend the perfect shade for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically taking 5-10 working days for Europe and 7-14 working days for the rest of the world.
How do I care for my synthetic wig to keep it looking new?
We recommend washing your wig every 10-15 wears using specialized synthetic wig shampoo. Always air dry on a wig stand and avoid brushing while the hair is wet.
