Ensure your wig or hair extension remains in its original net, with tags attached and the hygiene seal intact, as we cannot accept returns for products that have been worn or brushed.

Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization number and the correct warehouse return address.

Place the item back into its original box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring you include a note with your name and order number inside the package.
